Closed for the Holiday
Gobble, gobble, gobble – oh, excuse me, I suppose I should can the turkey talk and try speaking English here. Please take note, my farm stand will be closed this Saturday November 28, 2009. I plan on eating so much on Thanksgiving day that I will need three days to awake from my food induced coma, leaving no time to operate a farm stand. Of course I am also wagering that you neither will much feel like getting out to buy even more food after tomorrow’s extravaganza; anyway where would you put it in a refrigerator already stuffed with leftovers? As for Mr. Drumstick above, I’m a sucker for taking a liking to the animals that live on my farm and have a hard time seeing them as food and so you are not looking at my dinner. The farm stand will reopen on December 5th. On that Saturday if you were so inclined and would enjoy meeting my fine feathered friend, farm tours are almost always available – just ask.
